About our Cottage...

Laurel Cottage is a 3 bedroom home, 3 bath, private residence available for weekend rentals and weekly rentals throughout the year. It's situated in the heart of Northport and only a walk away from the quaint village and harbor of Northport, NY. It has gorgeous cozy rooms and oozes of charm as only a cottage can. Every detail of the home is exquisite, from the crystal door knobs to the totally renovated kitchen. Each Bathroom has beautiful fixtures and even a fabulous new claw foot tub. Hardwood floors and updated details make this a special space to visit while taking in the best that Long Island has to offer. NYC is 40 miles west of us and a short train ride away...The Vineyards are East and about an hour away...the country towns and farmland that dot your ride there, makes it that much nicer to travel to. But if you never want to leave the area, Northport is a Norman Rockwell town, filled with history and graces the coast of the Long Island sound. The Village itself ends with a harbor that has so much to offer year round. Living room and Kitchen...

Both the living room and kitchen are beautifully appointed and filled with cottage details that just exude a wonderful cottage feeling! The kitchen along with most of the house, is brand new. Every attention to detail was given in the process of design. Gorgeous cabinetry in a small space adds to the cottage look, and you'll love looking out from the kitchen window right onto the back deck. Not to mention the natural light pouring in through the sliding doors to the back yard.

Modern , elegant , Cottage Dining room...

3 Cottage Bedrooms...

The three pretty bedrooms feature ample closet space and elegant modern cottage decor. They are cozy and simply done , and you'll be assured a restful nights sleep in each one...

3 Beautiful Baths...

The upstairs Bath is all new and has a beautiful claw foot tub over looking the backyard,and a full separated glass enclosed shower. The master bedroom bath on the bottom left of the collage ( pic below ) sits right outside of the master bedroom for easy access and is fully appointed with cottage details. And the downstairs full bath features new slate flooring and cottage subway tile in addition to a rain showerhead...

Family room and Game area....

The nice sized cozy downstairs is fully carpeted with brand new furnishings and a large flat screen TV and video game center. The full bath is brand new with high end details and a rain shower, waiting to relax you after a day of playing!

A look into Northport Village...

Main street is dotted with restaurants, wine tasting, antique shops, candy shops and so many vintage style eateries too. Just as it's a Norman Rockwell like setting, it also has upscale stores and shopping too! And situated at the end of Main street are 2 beautiful large parks and and Northport docks.
